If you are like me I always wonder is it cooked long enough is the yolk going to be that green color. Well I recearched it and found how to Cook the PERFECT EGG.
Step 1 Start with Cold water add salt to the water(Makes for easy peeling later)and baking soda.
Step 2 Bring to a boil Cover for 15 minutes.
Step 3 Remove from pan and put in cold water for about 5 minutes.
I then layed mine on a towel to dry. About 20 and your ready to color.
