Ronco Rotisserie Review and Giveaway

I love to cook, but sometimes between the busy schedules and practices for the kids we just don't have time to make a big dinner.  We are not an eat out kinda family(Once in a while we will do a pizza or a burger).  So when Ronco offered me the chance to review one of their rotisserie's I was all for it.

Now as you can see they say the possibilities are endless and they truly are.  The first night I made steak
I used the basket that came with the set and hubby and kids loved it.  Now hubby is a gas grill for steak kinda guy so that he even would try it was a miracle. But he actually enjoyed it.  Then the next night I made a beef roast in it. I set the timer according to the instructions and it was perfect. Tender and juicy.  Next I did a pork roast.  Once again it came out juicy and tender and flavorful not dry. I love that it just rotates around in all its own juice.  I have also done a whole chicken which I found that was very delish and next time to make 2 (with 3 kids 2 of which are teenage boys).  Now they say you can make up to a 15 pound turkey, I think I will be trying that here soon too!

Clean up was a breeze I took the parts put in the sink while I wiped the counters and table down and  they came clean with a simple wipe no scrubbing. Now I know most of the parts are dishwasher safe but since my hands are the dishwasher it was nice not to have to pull the scouring pad out.  The outside wipes down really easy to.

So you know the saying set it and forget it you really can and still have a good meal any busy night of the week.

The folks over at Ronco  we feeling really generous and is offering one(1) of my fans a Rotisserie of their own.  So make sure you head over there and thank them and don't forget to tell them Making It On A Budget sent you.
